Teijin’s Sereebo carbon fibre reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) has been selected by General Motors (GM) for use in select pickup box applications. Sereebo will be used to make the optional Carbonpro pickup box’s inner headboard, side and floor panels, and will be jointly developed by Teijin and GM for the GMC Sierra Denali 1500 and GMC Sierra AT4 1500.

Alexium International Group has got US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approval under TSCA for the manufacture and sale of Alexiflam NF in the US. Alexiflam NF is a patent pending flame retardant for treating cotton and cellulose-based textiles.
