On June 9 to 11 in 2012, AnQing Heng Chang Machinery CO., LTD successfully held the “2012 Heng Chang New Technologies and New Products Promotion Conference”, and rolled out three new machine with independent intellectual property right: TNK-500 T-shape with elastic back ear baby diaper machine and its auxiliary NBZ-50 baby diaper automatic packaging machine and WBZ-70 sanitary napkin automatic packaging machine.
In order to meet high-end clients’ requirements, company designs and researches TNK-500 baby diaper machine which mainly make T-shape baby diaper product with elastic back ear. Its design speed is 600 pieces per minute, and the machine on-site showing speed is maximum 560 ppm. And the machine efficiency >90%, product qualification rate >98%, the single piece weight of this product is 18g, the proportion of SAP in core is 38%, deviation±5%, products fully meet the design requirements.
The design speed of NBZ-50 baby diaper packaging machine is 50 bags per minute, products get into prefabricated bag in single row or double rows. Undoubtedly, this machine is the highest speed automatic packaging machine with domestic independent research and development. It fills the domestic void of packaging machine in this field.
The company also launches WBZ-70 sanitary napkin automatic packaging machine. The stable working speed of this machine is 70 bags per minute, 8 to 20 pieces per bag, products get into prefabricated bag in single row, double rows and horizontal automatic flip. It can meet the clients’ different requirements on packaging, and the machine operation is stable, products are elegant.
