TimesFiberfill to display fit & forget insulation material at Technotex

Kolkatta and India-based technical textiles producer – TimesFiberfill is launching TenderWrap - a fit and forget insulation material at Technotex-2013 to be held in New Delhi from January 17 to 19, 2013.
TenderWrap is designed to be easy to install. Quilted insulation rolls are equipped with Velcro strips that allow instant installation of rolls, which saves the cost of adhesives.
Customisation is also possible by installing quilted insulation rolls for indoor purpose by pre-aligning it with the interior design of the room. Prefabricated rolls can be manufactured as per requirement along with customizable colours, prints and patterns.
TenderWrap is flame retardant and will not ignite spontaneously as the material is certified FR – grade from premier research and testing lab. The LOI value [the measurement of flammability] is as high as 28.
It also has the properties of moisture absorption, so no separate vapor – barrier is required as it is non–permeable to moisture. The ingredients are hydrophobic in nature. It comes with its own inbuilt vapor–barrier and aluminum laminate.
It provides noise and thermal insulation for the ducting and acts as a moisture barrier, preventing condensation on cold air system thus preventing corrosion.
TenderWrap is also sustainable. It can be disposed easily as it is made up of 100% recycled materials and is delivered in ready to fix roll form and can be used in a wide number of industries, including the hospitality sector.
