Wynnchurch Capital, Ltd., a leading middle-market private equity firm, announced a growth equity investment into Foss Manufacturing Company, LLC (“Foss”), a leading manufacturer of specialty engineered fibers.
Headquartered in Hampton, NH, Foss has developed innovative non-woven, environmentally friendly and anti-microbial fiber solutions for a wide variety of industries and applications including automotive, and commercial, residential, municipal/civil, craft/hobby, marine and medical.
