Tencate supervisory board member steps down amid differences

On 4 March 2013, following a difference in perception relating to the managing of the company, Mr R. van Gelder stepped down, by agreement, as a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Ten Cate.
Mr Van Gelder (1945) was appointed in 2010 and his term of office would have expired in 2014. The Supervisory Board is grateful to him for the contribution he has made during the past three years.
