MacLean Acquires Certain Assets of Janco Composites Inc.

Barry MacLean, CEO and Chairman of the MacLean-Fogg Company announced that MacLean Investment Partners (MIP), owned by the MacLean family, has acquired certain assets of Janco Composites, Inc. headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana. The company will operate as Janco Engineered Products, LLC.

Janco operates in an 80,000+ square foot plant where 145 employees put their expertise to work manufacturing quality fiberglass reinforced plastic products for electrical distribution, power tool, and other industries worldwide. Janco's management team takes pride in over 100 years of combined experience in the reinforced fiberglass business and remains committed to quality manufacturing and service excellence. Janco's wide range of composites uses custom resin systems of epoxy, polyester and vinyl esters to provide precise mechanical, electrical and temperature properties needed in various industrial applications.
