DJK Europe GmbH presents an ultrasonic cutter at Composite Europe. It has an oscillator (left in the picture) with maximum power output of 500 W and a transducer (right in the picture) with frequency of 20 - 40 kHz.

That enables powerful and low resistance cutting of difficult-to-cut and extra-tough materials, such as carbon fiber, resin, rubber, leather in aerospace, automotive and other industries.

It works without noise or air pollution. Cutting blade which is specially made for ultrasonic cutter can only perform proper cutting.
