The gold and silver medallists of the Equestrian Individual Show jumping Competition at the 12th China National Games rode in highly functional jackets constructed of schoeller-aeroshell fabric with coldblack and 3XDRY technologies.

Champion of the day, Mei-Mei Chu from Beijing was the Gold medallist of the Equestrian Individual Show jumping at the 12th China National Games held in Shenyang, China, on 4th September 2013.

Jacqueline Lai from Hong Kong won the Silver medal. The two top Asian Lady athletes wore functional and fashionable showjumping competition jackets from the brand – “Zhus - Ride with Pride” – made of a bi-elastic schoeller-aeroshell fabric with coldblack and 3XDRY

Two high-tech finishes: coldblack and 3XDRY

Schoeller Textil AG, the Swiss innovative textile and technologies company produced both the fabrics and finishings for their jackets. The coldblack technology provides reliable protection from damaging UV radiation and reduces the absorption of heat from sunlight. Garments finished with coldblack therefore absorb less heat, which means that especially dark textiles heat up less.

The 3XDRYfunctional treatment combines two technologies into one textile: From the textile outside up to the middle it is water repellent, while from the textile inside to the middle it is water absorbent. This combination prevents noticeable perspiration marks, generates a comfortable cooling-effect, and improves dirt and water repellence.
