China based - Shandong Derun New Material Technology Co., Ltd and a producer of spunlace nonwoven materials is participating at one of the biggest nonwoven trade shows – INDEX 14 being held in Geneva.

Set up in 2011, Shandong Derun invested in advanced technology and equipment from well known machinery manufacturers in France, Germany, Italy and Taiwan.

It also adopted first-class science management systems and cooperated with universities and research institutions in order to offer high quality spunlace nonwoven materials.

Product specification ranges from 30g/m2 to 150g/m2. Among the fabrics it offers are spunlace nonwoven in various grades, polypropylene spunlace nonwovens, water repellent spunlace nonwoven, gauze dressing roll, ointment roll, etc.

Applications of its products include surgical gowns, wet wipes, surgical dressings, facecloth rags, baby wiping rags, facial masks, sanitary pads and PVC and PU substrates. PVC and PU substrates output accounts for 40%, and hygienic material for 60%.

Currently Shandong Derun has a spunlace nonwoven fabric production capacity of 300,000 tons per annum, most of which is exported to Japan, Korea, Europe, USA and other regions.
