The board of directors of Johnson Controls, Inc., a global multi industrial company, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. 

 

The dividend is payable Oct. 2, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sep.5, 2014. Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
