Pegas Nonwovens to issue bonds for repaying bank loans

Czech Republic based nonwovens fabrics producer – Pegas Nonwovens SA is planning to issue CZK denominated bonds for medium-term financing to help repay bank loans.
However, Pegas a publicly traded company listed on Warsaw and Prague stock exchange’s did not reveal the amount it would raise from the issuance of such bonds.
Pegas said it would look at the response from market conditions and investors and added that the issue of these bonds would not result in increasing net debt of the company.
Austrian Erste Group Bank's local unit Ceska Sporitelna is helping Pegas Nonwovens with the bond issue.
Pegas Nonwovens is a producer of nonwoven textiles for the hygiene, industrial, construction, agricultural, medical and other specialized sectors.
These textiles are primarily used for the manufacture of baby diapers, feminine hygiene and adult incontinence products. (AR)
