Heytex buys coated & laminated textiles maker BondCote

Germany based Heytex Group, a producer of coated and laminated textiles has acquired US located, BondCote, which too is a manufacturer of coated and laminated textiles.
However, while Heytex services the signage, tents and other segments, BonCote serves the defense equipment, transportation, specialized industrial, leisure and sports markets.
The combined company now has a total of four productions sites on three continents; Germany, USA and China.
“Current and future Heytex and BondCote customers will profit from quicker response in products and information from the entire group,” BondCote said in a statement.
Current BondCote management and employees will be retained by Heytex and BondCote will be the center of operations for North America for all of Heytex Group’s products.
Heytex supplies the world market with a comprehensive product portfolio for all indoor and outdoor applications in digital print.
Moreover, Heytex develops, produces and sells technical textiles, in applications including commercial and industrial tents, truck side curtains as well as dock shelters and flexible doors.
In addition, technological premium products include biogas membranes, architectural membranes, flexible container textiles, and bellows fabrics.
BondCote with 80 employees was established in 1949 and specialises in coated and laminated textiles serving defense equipment, transportation, specialized industrial, commercial tent, and leisure and sports markets.
