Christoph Michalski is appointed as CEO of Vinda

Christoph Michalski, president SCA Global Hygiene Category, has been appointed as the new CEO of Vinda International Holdings Limited, effective October 1, 2015.
Michalski has been Vinda’s non-executive director since 2008. He has been working in the fast-moving consumer goods industry for more than 20 years. He has extensive management experience in marketing, business development, and product innovation, according to a press release.
The appointment represents a clear commitment from both SCA and Vinda to strengthen their long-term cooperation. SCA is the majority shareholder in Vinda, one of China’s largest hygiene companies. Vinda is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
