PolyOne Corporation, a premier provider of specialised polymer materials, services, and solutions, has been recognised as one of the best 99 workplaces in Northeast Ohio, by Employer Resource Center (ERC), a professional organization dedicated to HR practices, programs and service.

The criteria used to evaluate companies were broad and thorough; analysing topics such as challenging and meaningful work, talent attraction and retention, leadership and culture, career advancement and development, compensation, and work/life benefits. Information was gathered through cultural assessments and employee surveys – after which the data were compared to the other applicant companies, ultimately determining the top workplaces, according to a PolyOne press release.
