PolyOne, a premier provider of specialized polymer materials, services and solutions, has announced the creation of a dedicated team that will continue to build on recent successes and drive performance for water sports, off-road equipment, hunting, and fishing products used by outdoor sports enthusiasts, law enforcement professionals, and men and women who serve in the military.

The team will focus on improvements such as light-weighting and metal replacement, sound and vibration dampening, non-lead alternatives, ergonomics, and aesthetics.

Through close collaboration with manufacturers of crossbows and arrows, firearm components, ammunition and accessories, PolyOne has developed in-house expertise to deliver on specific needs within these targeted markets. Leading the new team is general manager Mike Bradley, a 20-year veteran of PolyOne with 35 years of polymer industry experience, a former sheriff’s deputy in Michigan, and an avid outdoorsman, according to a press release.
