EDANA & BCH invite papers for FILTREX India
March 31, 2016 - India
EDANA and Business Co-ordination House India (BCH) have invited papers for the FILTREX India conference and exhibition, which will take place September 14-15, 2016 in New Delhi.
“The call for papers has been made with the purpose of meeting the ongoing demand for quality information and case studies on filters and nonwovens filter media from across the globe,” an EDANA press release stated.
“EDANA organises such events across Europe and Asia and now with a separate edition for India alone, the market justifies a dedicated conference,” said Pierre Wiertz, general manager at EDANA.
“These events have been built on the success and market support of the concept of FILTREX conference series, with more than 1,600 attendees in Europe, Asia and the Indian subcontinent over the past 12 years,” he added.
Ritika Gupta, executive director of BCH in her paper at FILTREX Asia 2013 Seoul conference had said, “Like a number of Asian countries, India has a fast growing filtration market, although the current technology is not totally at the same level as compared to other major markets.”
“The need for transition is well recognised and we expect significant investments in the coming years, most notably in nonwovens,” Gupta had observed.
Topics for papers include; New filter media technologies; Automotive filtration; Air filtration; Liquid filtration; Gas filtration; Water treatment; Emission – air pollution control/ legislation; CO2 emissions and Market Trends. (AR)
