INDA expects 7,000 attendees at IDEA16

In its 45-year history, INDA is gearing up for the largest-ever IDEA, a nonwovens and engineered fabrics show, where it expects more than 7,000 attendees to attend IDEA16 which begins May 2, 2016.
“More than 520 exhibitors from 70-plus countries have already booked space, surpassing the 480-plus three years ago,” an INDA press release revealed.
INDA president Dave Rousse said, “We are looking forward to welcoming to Boston the largest number of exhibitors and attendees in the event’s history.”
“This year’s location in the City of Science is sure to be stimulating and will set the stage for big ideas, inspiration, and industry connections,” Rousse added.

intelligence reports from leading research analysts on game-changing trends across the world before the exhibition hall opens.
According to INDA, companies exhibiting represent the entire value chain with many planning to unveil new offerings at the event.
“Other highlights include the presentation of the IDEA16 Achievement Awards recognising the brightest innovations across the industry,” the press release added.
Velcro Companies is the sponsor for the welcome reception on May 2 at the House of Blues, while other sponsors include, Dow Chemical Company, Bostik Inc., Web Industries Inc. and Xerium Technologies Inc.
