Thermoset customers in France, Italy, UK and Ireland will have improved access to products from Nouryon through an expanded partnership with distributor Gazechim Group. Under the agreement, Gazechim will distribute Nouryon’s complete portfolio of organic peroxides and auxiliaries for thermoset business. The partnership will take effect from September 1, 2019.

Besides working together in technical and safety support for customers, Gazechim and Nouryon experts will also jointly develop new projects and commercial opportunities, said Nouryon in a press release.

“This agreement is an important step to better serve our customers,” said Johan Landfors, managing director polymer chemistry at Nouryon. “Gazechim is the largest distributor of thermoset products in Europe, and we believe the new partnership will help strengthen customer relationships and accelerate our growth in key markets.”

Gazechim has been distributing Nouryon’s products in Germany, Spain, Benelux and most Nordic countries since 2012.
