Newtex Industries, a leading manufacturer of high-performance textiles and fabricated textile systems for thermal management and fire protection, has announced that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the industrial textile division of Gentex Corp. This acquisition includes the market leading Dual-Mirror and FlexIR brands of aluminised fabrics, marking a significant expansion of Newtex's existing product portfolio.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Newtex's position as a global leader in high-temperature textiles for industrial and military applications, the company said in a press release.
