The RKW-Group, one of the leading international manufacturers of high-quality plastic films and nonwovens, has appointed Jelle Westerterp as the new director sales, nonwovens for managing sales activities at the RKW Sites Gronau and Halberstadt since August 2015.
In his new function as the director sales nonwovens, Jelle will maintain and expand customer relations. After gaining a master's degree at the Technical University of Eindhoven, the chemical engineer started his career at Unilever and worked in Great Britain, France, and the Netherlands. From 2002 to 2009, he worked for Sappi Fine Paper Europe and United Flexibles in Germany and Belgium until he was appointed the head of marketing and later sales for the hygiene area at PGI Nonwovens in the EMEA region.
