Royal Engineered Composites, a manufacturer of advanced composite structures for the aerospace community, has announced the addition of 65 positions to its manufacturing facility in Minden, NE, by the end of 2018. The jobs are being created due to a 300 per cent increase in production of parts for a commercial, single aisle aircraft manufactured in France.
The rate of single aisle commercial aircraft being produced is predicted to have a dramatic increase over the next several years and is the reason for this increase of jobs. At any point in time, there are over 5,000 jets in the air over the US. Royal can serve the need of millions of travellers by helping them to reach their destinations safely.Royal Engineered Composites, a manufacturer of advanced composite structures for the aerospace community, has announced the addition of 65 positions to its manufacturing facility in Minden, NE, by the end of 2018. A large portion of the 65 additions to Royal’s team will be production positions on second and third shifts. Having a full staff on all three shifts will allow Royal to continually produce parts 24-hours a day. With 180 employees currently on staff, Royal will grow to nearly 250 employees with this addition.
Dave Arnold, president of Royal Engineered Composites said, “This is a great new opportunity for us. This increase in orders shows the faith that our customer has in our staff, our proven track record and our commitment to the highest quality standards. The parts that we make for airplanes are very unique, so we will train the right candidate for job. We have a clean facility and are not an assembly line, so we encourage everyone to take a look at the possibilities that a career in manufacturing can provide.” (GK)
