Switzerland based masterbatch producer Sukano is exhibiting at Techtextil at booth F-55, hall 4.1 and will show its product range for textiles.

Sukano will lay a special focus on masterbatches for antimicrobials, UV stability and processing aids for PET, PA, PP and PLA for fibres and nonwoven applications.

“Sukano said it has expanded the Sukano masterbatch and service portfolio to benefit manufacturers and users of fibres,” it said in a press release.

“Custom engineering functionality, performance and processing aids right into the fibres and can enable significant cost savings for fibre producers and fabric manufacturers alike,” it added.

“When the desired properties are integrated into the fibre, subsequent processing and finishing steps can be eliminated and production will be faster with less rejects,” Sukano noted

“With our expertise we can incorporate significant benefits into fibres and we invite fibre manufacturers and technical textile fabric producers to bring their challenges to us,” Michael de Braaf, CEO of Sukano said.

He too added, “Based on our masterbatch track record, we are in a strong position to offer customers innovative products in proven Swiss quality combined with outstanding technical support and service.”

Sukano experts will be available at the show to discuss customers’ individual application needs and find additive solutions to improve performance and durability of their products.

Sukano is an expert in the development and production of functional and optical masterbatches, special compounds and blends for improving the properties of bio and oil based plastics.

Sukano masterbatches and compounds are made from pure materials and can be produced to match the polymer material the customer uses.

This ensures excellent product compatibility, speeds up production and optimises the product’s optical and functional properties in the end application, thus saving time and costs. (AR)
