Takeover bid to the shareholders in Tharreau Industries

Pursuant to articles 234-1 and sec. of the French Market Authority ("AMF") General Regulation, the Danish company Fibertex Nonwovens A/S filed today with the AMF a draft simplified takover bid (the "Offer") on the remaining shares of the French company Tharreau Industries, i.e. 195,727 Tharreau Industries shares amounting to 14.73% of the share capital of Tharreau Industries as of the day of filing of the draft Offer, with a price of EUR 31.50 per Tharreau Industries share.

The Offer follows the acquisition by Fibertex Nonwovens A/S, on 11 May 2011, of
1,132,873 Tharreau Industries shares from the company Finta Technologies (registered under n°343 789 798 RCS Angers) for a price of EUR 30 per share, in accordance with the terms et conditions set out in a share purchase agreement signed on 8 March 2011 between Fibertex Nonwovens A/S and Finta Technologies. This acquisition was subject to a declaration of crossing of shareholding thresholds and a declaration of intent filed with the AMF in compliance with article 233-7 of the French Commercial Code and published on 12 May 2011 (AMF notice n°211C0653).

THE OFFER AND THE DRAFT OFFER DOCUMENT ARE STILL SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW OF THE FRENCH MARKET AUTHORITY.

Pursuant to article 231-28 of the AMF General Regulation, disclosures about the legal, financial, accounting and other characteristics of Fibertex Nonwovens A/S, will be made available to the public in the same way as the draft Offer no later than the day before the Offer opens.
