Dabur to enter Indian baby diaper market

Dabur India will enter the Indian diapers segment as part of its strategy to expand its baby care portfolio, which includes shampoo, soaps, oil and talc, according to the Ayurvedic company, which recently said its ‘Dabur Baby Super Pants’ with insta–absorb technology will help in 50 per cent more absorption compared to diapers of competitors.

OrganoClick develops bio-based binders for nonwoven applications

OrganoClick has been part of a Swedish-Finnish Bio-innovation project, funded by Vinnova and Business Finland, to develop biobased binders for nonwovens used for hygienic wipes. The project group includes nonwovens company, Sharpcell, and Finess Hygiene, which also manufactures wipes based on nonwoven for the healthcare sector and for consumers.

NaturaFluff Eco is a new fluff pulp grade with a lower carbon footprint, enabling producers of hygiene products, such as baby diapers, incontinence pads and feminine care, to offer consumers a new generation of absorbent hygiene products.
