Zane Clark named SAMPE North America CEO

The Society for the Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering (SAMPE) North America, has announced that its CEO search committee has selected Zane Clark new CEO, effective June 15. SAMPE’s current CEO and executive director, Gregg Balko, announced his retirement in December, and will be staying on until July 1 to ensure a successful transition.

Freudenberg Group acquires Low & Bonar

Freudenberg, a German-based global technology group, has announced that the company has acquired 100 per cent of the shares in Low & Bonar plc. Freudenberg submitted an offer in September 2019. Low & Bonar is a global manufacturer of technical textiles. The company will be integrated in the Freudenberg Performance Materials Business Group.
