The Board of Directors of Autoneum has named Matthias Holzammer, the former, long-term head of business group Europe, as the new CEO with immediate effect. He is taking over from Martin Hirzel, who will be leaving the company in agreement with the BoD. Autoneum is a manufacturer of vehicle acoustic and thermal management solutions for vehicles.

Fortify, a composite 3D printing company, has been selected for the ACE (Awards for Composites Excellence) award in the manufacturing category for equipment and tooling Innovation. Safran Cabin, a leading supplier of cabin interiors, and Victrex are collaborating to design a flexible platform to cut planning and time-to-market of multiple brackets, with the first being a hybrid overmolded aircraft cabin bracket made of Victrex AE 250 carbon fibre Paek composite and Victrex Peek polymer.
