Bostik completes acquisition of LIP

Bostik, an international adhesives company, has completed the acquisition of LIP Bygningsartikler AS (LIP), the Danish leader in tile adhesives, waterproofing systems and floor preparation solutions, on January 3, 2020. This acquisition is in line with Arkema's strategy to continuously grow its Adhesives business through bolt-on acquisitions.

Shape Machining, a provider of precision composite machine tools, has increased its manufacturing capacity by employing additional pattern makers, for the Formula One (F1) car.
