Teijin’s Sereebo selected in GM pickup box applications

Teijin’s Sereebo carbon fibre reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) has been selected by General Motors (GM) for use in select pickup box applications. Sereebo will be used to make the optional Carbonpro pickup box’s inner headboard, side and floor panels, and will be jointly developed by Teijin and GM for the GMC Sierra Denali 1500 and GMC Sierra AT4 1500.

Consolidated net sales of Glatfelter, a global supplier of engineered materials, totalled $229.1 million and $211.2 million for the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively. Alexium International Group has got US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approval under TSCA for the manufacture and sale of Alexiflam NF in the US.
