The Society for the Advancement of Materials and Process Engineering (SAMPE) North America, has announced that its CEO search committee has selected Zane Clark new CEO, effective June 15. SAMPE’s current CEO and executive director, Gregg Balko, announced his retirement in December, and will be staying on until July 1 to ensure a successful transition.

In his new role, Clark will be responsible for leading SAMPE’s dedicated team of professionals while increasing membership value to its members, sponsors, partners, and other stakeholders. Clark will lead efforts to expand the organisation’s programmes, including its membership base.

“Clark brings to his new position 20 years of success as an association and operations leader and as an individual contributor. He is currently serving in a senior position at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA).
