The SHD team moved into the new facility in August and have supplemented what is an already extensive product development and testing capability, with a new 250KN mechanical test rig.

The SHD team moved into the new facility in August and have supplemented what is an already extensive product development and testing capability, with a new 250KN mechanical test rig.#
The company now has ample in-house capacity to fully characterise its prepreg materials over a range of operating environments, at both elevated and sub-ambient temperatures.

SHD’s new technical centre provides the base for a dedicated team of R&D staff, formulation chemists, application engineers and technicians, and further adds to the level of service provided to SHD customers across the globe.
