IVL completes acquisition of German airbag yarn producer

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL), a global chemical producer, has completed the acquisition of Germany-based UTT Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. UTT is one of the leading suppliers of airbag fabrics, and has manufacturing sites in Germany and Mexico with a combined capacity to annually produce around 70 million sq m of fabrics.
