As part of the ceremony, Ramkumar presented a lecture titled ‘Cotton and Advanced Textiles’ on the event's second day. The award function was attended by approximately 230 guests, INDA said in a press release.
Attendees at the meeting included prominent figures from the textile industry such as RD Udeshi, former president of polyester chains at Reliance Industries; Dr. PR Roy, former group chief executive of textiles at Arvind Mills; Dr. Arindam Basu, director general of NITRA; Pragnesh Shah, director of ATIRA; Thulsi Patel, national president of the Textile Association (India); and Dr. Ashwin Thakkar, chair of the Textile Association (India) Ahmedabad unit.
