International technology Group Andritz will provide a complete neXline spunlace line to Karweb Nonwovens for its plant located in Gaziantep, Turkey. The line is scheduled for installation and start-up at the beginning of 2021. The new neXline spunlace eXcelle line will be used to produce viscose and polyester wipes as well as biodegradable wipes.

Hexcel has introduced new low temperature fast cure HexBond 679 adhesive film. The film improves bonding performance in sandwich structures and leads to cycle time reductions with its short-cure cycles at low temperatures. It has been formulated specifically to meet the low temperature curing requirements of marine and other industrial manufacturers.

HeroWear has now made available its exosuit for all. The exosuit has been introduced as part of the WeaRAcon 2020 virtual conference. Researched, developed, and tested at Vanderbilt University, the suit is a back-assist exoskeleton device composed of lightweight materials. It can take over 50 pounds of strain off the back every time an object is lifted.
